Finished projects leave the floor. Late in the game the board splits in two. 
A deal just closed. Two players pooled their cards and both get paid.

How a turn goes
- Roll, then walk the floor one tile at a time.
- Land on a project. Take it if you can, or pass it down the deck.
- Too big for you alone? Offer a rival a split and talk them into it.
